a&dc Merge with BBP – What Does the Future Hold?
Following on from our recent announcement that a&dc have merged with BBP, we’re pleased to be able to provide more information about the benefits you’ll see as a result.
We’ll still be providing world-class assessment and development solutions, but you’ll see some additional benefits immediately, followed by some new developments, such as an exciting approach to gathering talent metrics which will provide you with powerful information about your talent, enabling you to make well-informed business decisions.

The addition of BBP’s portfolio of cutting-edge assessment products, including e-Valuate® (a paperless assessment centre management tool), Business Sim™ (engaging and dynamic video group discussion exercise simulations) and Assessment Toolkit (ATK)™ (a centralised assessment toolkit, which enables you to manage all of your assessment processes) all support this aim. Together with our existing suite of products, you’ll now be able to run your interviews and assessment centres entirely paperless – saving you time and money and supporting your corporate social responsibility.
In addition to the expanded portfolio of ready-to-use products, a&dc and BBP will continue to provide ‘best in class’ bespoke product and consulting services across the complete assessment spectrum, just as they always have, and now BBP’s offerings will be available through a&dc’s global partner network.
Of course, we won’t be forgetting our core expertise in behavioural development, and BBP bring an additional wealth of expertise in this space, particularly in the leadership arena.
As mentioned above, we’re already working together to develop a strong offering in talent metrics. This builds on the capabilities of our unified product portfolio to support data capture across the complete talent lifecycle, and we plan to make further announcements about this in due course.
