Tracy joined a&dc in 2008 after spending a year working with one of a&dc’s international partners in Dubai. Working in a region with such a diverse mix of people from different nationalities, cultures and religions, Tracy gained an in-depth understanding of the key diversity issues and how to ensure fairness in selection, development and training. A highly skilled, pragmatic and commercial consultant, Tracy supports organisations through various aspects of talent management. She builds relationships with stakeholders, provides rigorous and highly valuable and outcomes and remains agile in response to ever changing needs.
Tracy has project managed a number of large scale, international projects with clients across the public and private sector and her varied interests all centre around supporting organisations and individuals to thrive, through a focus on understanding, assessing and developing behaviour. Particularly in relation to high potential and succession planning programmes, Tracy enjoys helping individuals unlock their potential and then support them in further enhancing this for their personal benefit, and the benefit of the business. Through using behavioural assessments coupled with an exploration of an individual’s personality style and approach, she likes to provide insight to people about the impact of their skills and approach and how they can leverage their strengths further and address any areas for the development. Tracy also enjoys working internationally and using her experience of working in the middle east to understand diverse perspectives.
