Ross first joined a&dc in 2007 after completing his Undergraduate Degree in Psychology and Human Resource Management at the University of Northampton. He worked for a year in the Product Development department and then completed his MSc in Occupational Psychology at Surrey University. During his studies he gained a certificate of competence in Occupational Testing (Levels A & B) and has since gone on to become qualified on a number of different psychometric tools.
Since joining the consulting team, Ross has project managed a number of interesting and complex projects across our core consultancy services from selection to development and from graduate to board level. He has also worked with a range of clients in a range of sectors including Taylor & Francis, Royal Mail, Nationwide Building Society, Philip Morris International, Eurostar, Sherwin Williams, Waitrose, Skills Funding Agency and the Civil Service to name a few.
Ross enjoys working with people to help develop their skills and self-awareness, through training, feedback and coaching. He is also interested in the new and innovative uses of technology in talent management and how technology can be used to increase the effectiveness of assessment and development methodology.
