Rebecca joined a&dc in 2015 as a Senior Associate Consultant, specialising in selection, assessment and employee engagement.
Rebecca helps organisations tackle problem roles looking at the end-to-end employee life cycle and working strategically, and practically, with them to improve recruitment and retention. She helps organisations implement improvements to their recruitment approaches and tools; proving their impact through statistical analysis and evaluation. She also identifies and addresses existing people problems in the target role(s) and uses employee engagement tools to tackle these issues. Rebecca also enjoys working one-to-one with individuals in a development and coaching setting to make the most of who they are and what they enjoy in a work context.
Rebecca has worked in many industries, including oil & gas, engineering, forces, local council, civil service, ombudsman, banking, insurance, retail, emergency services, NHS and education.
