Kathryn joined a&dc in 2008 with her MSC in Occupational Psychology from the University of Surrey alongside her practical experience of working in multiple disciplines including banking, law and retail.
Kathryn is driven by her passion to help individuals and organisations achieve their full potential and enjoys taking a pragmatic approach with her clients, who span the globe and numerous industries, including FMCG, financial services, telecoms, pharmaceuticals and retail. Whilst at a&dc, Kathryn has managed and delivered a wide range of end-to-end assessment, development and behavioural change solutions. Her main areas of interest include talent identification, leadership development, resilience and coaching.
She holds Certificates of Competence in Occupational Testing (Levels A and B) and is qualified to use a wide variety of psychometric tools including Saville Wave, MBTI, Talent Q and Lominger 360.
