Jordon joined a&dc in 2012 on a part-time basis during his MSc studies. He became a full-time member of the Consulting team in 2013, equipped with practical skills and knowledge of best practice in assessment centre methodology.
In his time at a&dc, Jordon has gained experience in taking overall responsibility for manging composite projects across the entire talent management spectrum. These projects include crafting competency frameworks to embed at an organisational level, designing realistic leadership simulations for pure developmental purposes, and planning out high-stakes assessment processes for restructure. This variation in Jordon’s work has enabled him to develop strong relationships with clients on a global scale (in the USA, the Caribbean and across Southeast Asia to name a few). He has also grown familiar with various industries such as retail, non-profit, manufacturing and logistics.
As a psychologist, he demonstrates passion for understanding how individual differences can affect the business impact of recruitment and professional development methods. Jordon’s particular areas of academic interest are in unconscious bias, the optimisation of feedback techniques and personal resilience. He plays an active role in the business psychology community; he is a&dc’s resident blogger and is a member of the British Psychological Society (BPS). Jordon is registered on the BPS Testing Centre’s list of qualified test users, and has qualifications in a wide range of psychometric tools (including Saville Wave, OPQ, MBTI, EIP and 15FQ+).
