Jennifer is a Senior Associate Consultant with a&dc. She is a highly experienced consultant, facilitator and accredited executive coach with senior management experience. Jennifer enables her clients to create a positive impact in their organisations, combining constructive challenge with a calm, thoughtful presence. She is particularly passionate about bringing a reflective approach to her work, and supporting her clients to take decisions and actions with greater clarity. Her work includes: Leadership and management development modules for international clients, action learning facilitation for senior leaders, including Volvo Cars, Sport England, and Beam Global, business coaching for executives, senior managers and high fliers and consultancy, facilitation, and coaching for individuals, teams and organisations in transition: building engagement, resilience, and a sense of purpose in changing situations.
Jennifer’s career includes head of organisation development for Railtrack plc. Prior to Railtrack, Jennifer spent three years as an internal consultant to KPMG’s then international Chairman, Lord Sharman of Redlynch, to develop and deliver KPMG’s strategy of integration. Jennifer currently works with clients in diverse industry sectors, including: Visa Europe, Barclays Bank, Northern Rock, Legal & General, Network Rail, HS2, Travis Perkins, Volvo Cars, AB Agri, Praxis Community Projects, Wateraid, Freedom from Torture, Cambridge University, and Cranfield University where she coaches international MBA students.
Jennifer completed an MSc in organisation change at Ashridge (2013). She has an MBA from Cranfield School of Management, and is accredited as a senior professional executive coach. Her first degree was a BA in English from St Anne’s College, Oxford. Complementary to her business work, she teaches Mindfulness techniques for Resilience.
