Ali is a Principal Consultant in the Research and Development function at a&dc. He is involved in the design and development of bespoke and ready-to-use solutions to help organisations identify and develop talent more effectively. Prior to joining a&dc in 2009, Ali worked for SHL as a Research Psychologist.
Ali has designed a variety of online measures, including volume sifting tools, situational judgment tests, online work simulations, and personality questionnaires. He has a particular interest in helping organisations improve performance through their people. He believes that by identifying the right people, giving them the right development opportunities and enhancing their engagement can lead to a huge business impact for any organisation.
Ali has also presented regularly at psychologist and HR practitioner conferences. He holds the BPS Test User Ability and Personality qualifications and is certified to use a variety of psychometric tools, including OPQ, Talent Q Dimensions, Hogan Personality Inventory, Hogan Development Survey, and Strengthscope.
