Managing Consultant

Kate joined a&dc in 2005. Her BSc in Psychology and MSc in Occupational Psychology are from the University of Surrey. A Graduate member of the British Psychological Society, Kate holds a Certificate of Competence in Occupational Testing (Levels A and B). Kate is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist and manages a team of three Senior Consultants at a&dc.

Prior to joining a&dc, Kate worked as a Personnel Officer at Surrey County Council, she specialises in the area of assessment and diversity.

Whilst at a&dc, she has worked on the design, delivery and project management of a variety of assessment and development projects for a range Clients across both the public and private sector.  These include Greater Manchester Police, DWP, ACAS, HMRC, Royal Mail, Carphone Warehouse, Alfred Dunhill, Grundfos and Morgan Stanley. Her specific areas of interest include motivation and training.
