David Williams - BEd (Hons)

Business Development Director

As Business Development Director at A&DC, David is responsible for ensuring that our sales and marketing strategy drives sustainable profitable growth and supports our customer proposition.  He also maintains high level involvement with key accounts in both the public and private sectors.

Given his broad experience, David has been involved in a range of assignments, from writing strategic level simulation exercises for use in Assessment and Development Centres to designing leadership development programmes using workshops, coaching, self-study and e-learning.

Prior to joining A&DC in 2001, David held a number of senior sales, operational and consulting posts with speciality chemical company Croda International and automotive retailer Kwik-Fit.  He was also a Director and founder of a Midlands-based HR consultancy company that provided innovative bespoke learning and development solutions to multisite retailers and b2b distributors, helping to grow this business and develop its infrastructure over a 10-year period prior to sale.
