Philippa is a learning and development specialist with over 12 years experience working in partnership with organisations to create and deliver talent management strategies that are aligned with business goals to provide a real return on investment. Philippa has worked across a wide variety of industry sectors, both public and private, including the financial and professional services, telecommunications, pharmaceuticals, IT, media, manufacturing, construction, retail and leisure.  Pip's previous corporate experience working within the media, leisure and FMCG industries enables her to provide clients with both consulting expertise and a strong commercial focus.

Pip's consulting expertise includes large scale leadership and management assessment and development programmes, executive coaching, talent management strategy, women in leadership and career management. 

Her qualifications include BA Hons, Performance Coaching - Association of Coaching as well as Psychometric Testing British Psychological Society Levels A and B.
