Elizabeth (Lilly) joined a&dc in 2010 having completed her MSc in Organisational Psychology at City University London and her BSc (Hons) in Psychology at Exeter University. While at Exeter she jointly ran the Psychology Society. Elizabeth is a Graduate member of the British Psychological Society and holds Certificates of Competence in Occupational Testing (Levels A and B) and intends to start working towards achieving Chartered Status as an Occupational Psychologist next year.

Prior to joining a&dc Elizabeth worked as a summer intern for the Met Office in the HR department carrying out a number of successful projects including redesigning their exit survey and setting up their E-learning launch.

Elizabeth’s specific interests lie in the areas of graduate selection and green behaviours in the workplace.
