Principal Consultant – Talent Management

Competitive Package £60k to £80k (depending on experience)
Surrey based with UK and international travel

Are you looking for a fresh challenge with an opportunity to excel?  Our expanding team, range of Talent Management solutions and diverse client base, makes now an exciting time to join the A&DC Consulting team.

As a Principal Consultant your main focus will be to make a significant contribution to raising our profile and expanding our client base by nurturing established client relationships and developing new opportunities. This will be balanced with some delivery of client work and project management of our services in key Talent Management areas, such as assessment for recruitment and succession planning, development of managers and executives, and inspirational motivation and leadership.

We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualities:

  • Leading expert in at least one of A&DC’s talent management specialities of Discovering, Transforming or
    Energising talent, with experience and expertise in conference speaking and publishing articles
  • Significant experience in designing, delivering and evaluating assessment, management or leadership development solutions
  • A proven track record in nurturing and expanding client relationships leading to success in winning business in the public and private sectors
  • A confident and persuasive communicator
  • Well-organised with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Chartered Psychologist and/or Chartered MCIPD

Business Development Consultant

Business Development plays a key role in the success of the A&DC proposition.  In addition to driving our Sales strategy, we work closely with colleagues in our Consulting team to scope projects, to meet clients’ objectives, provide ongoing account management services and contribute in the early stages to new Product Development and Marketing initiatives.

Junior Consultants

We are a leading HR consultancy of 50 staff.  We combine our strengths in business psychology and behavioural change to offer our clients the best solutions to enable them to Discover, Transform and Energise talented people throughout their organisations.

If you have recently completed a Masters Degree In Occupational Psychology or are due to complete this in 2010, we can offer you an initial 12 month internship within our consulting team.  As we are looking for a number of individuals, you could join us in Summer/Autumn 2010 or alternatively defer your start date until January 2011.

As members of our team, you will make a significant contribution to the support and delivery of our consultancy services in key areas of Talent Management.  Working in partnership with a broad range of clients you will build an awareness of our approach, and implement innovative assessment and development solutions, leading edge blended learning and organisational design projects.

We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualities:

  • A working knowledge of different assessment, development, psychometric, coaching or training solutions.
  • Commercial awareness and the desire to win new business and develop long-term client partnerships.
  • A confident and persuasive communicator.
  • Well-organised with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
