We are a leading HR consultancy of 45 staff.  We combine our strengths in business psychology and behavioural change to offer our clients the best solutions to enable them to Discover, Transform and Energise talented people at all levels throughout their organisations.

As a Senior Consultant you will be working in partnership with a broad range of clients to project manage and deliver our Consultancy services in key Talent Management areas, such as assessment for recruitment and succession planning, development of managers and executives, and inspirational motivation and leadership.  You will also make a significant contribution to raising our profile and expanding our client base by nurturing established client relationships. 

We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualities:

• A Masters Degree in Occupational Psychology (or equivalent).
• Experience in designing, delivering and evaluating assessment, management or leadership development solutions.
• Commercial awareness and the desire to develop long-term client partnerships.
• A confident and persuasive communicator.
• Well-organised with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
