A Development Centre was needed to identify training needs in managers with no prior training or development experience. As the Development Centre used tailored off-the-shelf exercises, we also designed and delivered a bespoke assessor training course to allow internal assessors to run future events independently.

An Assessment Process Review built upon earlier work with this leading law firm in which A&DC had constructed a complete selection process for Trainee Solicitors and Vacation Scheme Placement students.
