Leeds City Council: Ethnic Minority Development Centres 

Leeds CC sought the help of A&DC to design Development Centres which would support ethnic minority employees in securing senior appointments within the organisation.

Boots Plc: Bespoke Assessment Exercise Design  

Boots Plc required a bespoke Assessment Centre Exercise which would effectively identify the right candidates for various levels of Management role, and which complimented established Assessment Centre processes.

Travis Perkins: Introducing Management Development  

A Development Centre was needed to identify training needs in managers with no prior training or development experience. As the Development Centre used tailored off-the-shelf exercises, we also designed and delivered a bespoke assessor training course to allow internal assessors to run future events independently.
