Graduate recruitment opportunities may be in decline in line with the economy, but as more graduates apply for fewer jobs, the need to choose the best candidates is stronger than ever.

Graduate Dilemmas, from Assessment & Development Consultants, is the first online Graduate Situational Judgement Test (SJT) available specifically to help recruiters sift through a large volume of applications quickly and effectively.
