Monthly Prize Draw Promotion Terms and Conditions:
1. Entry to each prize draw is free. No purchase necessary.
2. The promotion will run for a period of five months. One prize draw will take place following each closing date for entry to establish one winner for each one month period of the promotion. The promotion will start at midnight on 6th December 2011 and conclude at midnight on 30th April 2012.
3. Entrants must be UK residents over 18. Employees (or members of their families) of Assessment & Development Consultants Ltd (a&dc) or anyone connected with the draw are not eligible for entry.
4. Each prize draw is open to anyone who signs up to download free resources from a&dc and downloads at least one resource during each period of the promotion.
5. Each prize draw is open to anyone who has previously signed up for free resource downloads from a&dc as long as they download at least one resource during each period of the promotion.
6. By giving a&dc your details, you are agreeing that you are willing to receive correspondence from a&dc in the event that you may be one of the winners.
7. Only one entry/registration is allowed per person during each period of the promotion. Multiple downloads are welcome during each period of the promotion but do not constitute multiple entries.
8. The prizes: five different winners will each win one of five Amazon Kindles. One Amazon Kindle will be awarded to one winner following each period of the promotion.
9. All prizes are subject to availability. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, a&dc reserves the right (a) to substitute alternative prizes of equivalent or greater value and (b) in exceptional circumstances to amend or foreclose the promotion without notice. No correspondence will be entered into. No cash alternative will be offered.
10. The closing date for entry into each prize draw is midnight on the last day of each one month period the closing dates being 31st December 2011, 31st January 2012, 29th February 2012, 31st March 2012 and 30th April 2012. All entries/registrations must be received by the closing date of the promotion.
11. Incomplete entries and entries from third party agents or bulk entries will not be eligible for the prize draw.
12. a&dc will not be responsible for any entries that are not received by it for any reason, by the closing date of each period of the competition, whether lost, delayed, corrupt or otherwise, and whether or not due to any technical difficulties or malfunctions.
13. The winner of each prize draw will be selected at random. Each draw will take place within 7 days of the closing date for each period of the promotion.
14. The judge's decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
15. The name of each winner will be made available for up to 28 days after each closing date for each period of the promotion to anyone sending their e-mail address to customersupport@adc.uk.com in a message with the subject heading ‘Kindle Competition Winners.’
16. The winners agree to take part in reasonable post promotion publicity and to the use of their name and photograph in such publicity.
17. Each winner will be contacted within 7 days of each draw to arrange delivery of their prize. In the event that the winner has not responded within 14 days of notification then the promoter reserves the right to reallocate the prize to a reserve winner.
18. By entering the promotion, entrants confirm that they have read and agree to be bound by these terms & conditions and by the decisions of the promoter, which are final in all matters relating to the promotion. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the prize. No correspondence will be entered into.
19. The promoter or its agencies accept no responsibility for any loss, injury or damage suffered through acceptance of the prize.
