What is Graduate Dilemmas™?
Used by many leading Graduate recruiters, Graduate Dilemmas is a Situational Judgement Test used at the initial sifting stage of Graduate assessment. In a Situational Judgement Test (or SJT) a candidate is presented with a job-relevant scenario and a number of possible actions which they must rate in terms of their effectiveness.
Candidates' responses to Graduate Dilemmas are collated through our online platform, where scores and reports are automatically produced. The test measures 5 competencies that represent the profile of a successful Graduate employee across a wide variety of industries and commercial roles.
Why do we need your help?
We are developing two alternate forms of the test due to its popularity and to reduce the exposure of the test content/potential for cheating. To aid us in the development, we need people to give us access to 'Subject Matter Experts' ie Line Managers of entry level Graduates (in their first 3 years of employment).
Who do we need?
Ideally we need around 10 Subject Matter Experts per organisation, although help from smaller groups of participants will also be gratefully received.
What will you be asked to do?
Line Managers will be required to complete an online questionnaire which will take around 40 minutes.
What do I get in return?
In exchange for participation, your organisation will be offered incentives which may include free credits to use Graduate Dilemmas, Assessment Centre Exercises or a 'healthcheck' of your current process by our experienced Consultants. The incentives will be determined by your level of involvement (ie the number of Line Managers which you can supply) and which tools would be of greatest use to your organisation.
