Ross first joined a&dc in 2007 after completing his Undergraduate Degree in Psychology and Human Resource Management at the University of Northampton.  He worked for a year in the Product Development department and was then sponsored by the company to compete his MSc in Occupational Psychology at SurreyUniversity during which time he gained a certificate of competence in Occupational Testing (Levels A and B).

Since completing his MSc in 2009 Ross rejoined a&dc in the Consulting team, where he has worked on a number of different projects with both public and private sector clients.  He is now working towards achieving Chartered Status as an Occupational Psychologist and continuing to research into his main area of interest; new and innovative approaches to Graduate selection.
