Clare Reyersbach - BSc (Hons)

Consultant

Clare joined a&dc in 2008, having completed an undergraduate degree in 2007 from the University of Leicester. She has worked in various a&dc departments before completing a year as a Junior Consultant. During this time, she worked alongside the Consulting team, supporting client projects and creating new exercises.
 
Clare has recently completed a Masters Degree in Occupational and Organisational Psychology from the University of Surrey. This enabled her to consolidate her learning to understand the business sector further. During this year, she completed a dissertation focusing on employee engagement and co-worker support.  Her main interests lie in understanding individuals' personality and energising employees, looking at strengths and positive psychology.
