Junior Consultant

Katie first joined A&DC in July 2008 as a placement student and completed a year’s internship with A&DC as part of her BSc Psychology degree at the University of Bath. Throughout her internship Katie supported the Consulting team on a range of projects within both the public and private sector.

Since graduating from University in July 2010, Katie has returned to A&DC as a Junior Consultant. She is responsible for resourcing the Consulting team and A&DC’s Associate network.

Katie intends to undertake her Masters in Occupational and Organisational Psychology in the near future. Her main areas of research interest include employee engagement and development of high potentials.
