papilio is a Swiss Based consulting firm servicing medium and larger size organizations that operate both in Switzerland and internationally. We specialize in the measurement of human capabilities. We support our partners in initiatives that call for the selection of individuals into key organizational positions, and/or help develop key talent, so that their full capabilities come to bear in running and leading their organizations.
We are a full service assessment provider, which means:
- we sell scientifically validated tool and measure, including simulation exercises, ability tests, personality profiles, team measurement tools, and 360 degree feedback systems
- we train our clients in the use of our tools including Competency Based Interviewing
- we provide consultancy services to organizations designing and delivering custom made or off the shelf assessment processes
- we support the development of our clients’ people through targeting coaching

We have developed an international network of affiliates who provide services at the same high level using the same methods that we do in Switzerland.
