Chris joined a&dc in 2008. He has a degree in Social Psychology from Loughborough, an MSc in Occupational Psychology from London Metropolitan, and has been a Chartered Occupational Psychologist since 2006.
Chris has 14 years of consulting experience, working at the strategic level of Talent Management in areas such as Employee Engagement, Organisation Assessment/Development, and Culture Change. He also has significant experience at the individual and group levels in areas such as Executive Assessment, Leadership Development, Coaching and broader L&D.
Before joining a&dc, Chris worked in Mercer’s Human Capital group, at International Survey Research (now part of Towers Watson), and in an internal consultant role for Det Norske Veritas. At a&dc, in addition to broadening his assessment and one-to-one development and coaching experience, Chris has focused his time on Positive Psychology, developing and delivering a large programme aimed at improving employees’ confidence, happiness and effectiveness; and also Executive Assessment, delivering a large-scale project assessing & developing Senior Executives in a major retail firm.
Chris has worked with private and public sector clients in the UK & Internationally, such as Asda, Barclays, Coty, DEFRA, Lafarge, Learning & Skills Council, MBDA, PMI and Wolseley. Chris is Level A & B qualified; and has spoken at the Association of Business Psychology Conference, and the Division of Occupational Psychology Conference.
Chris retains an interest in sports, but mainly enjoys spending time with his ‘wonder-woman’ wife and his three adorable young children.
