Tracy Coomber - BSc (Hons), MSc

Tracy joined a&dc in 2008 after spending a year working with one of a&dc’s international partners in Dubai.  Working in a region with such a diverse mix of people from different nationalities, cultures and religions, Tracy gained an in-depth understanding of the key diversity issues and how to ensure fairness in selection, development and training.     

Prior to this, Tracy gained an MSc in Occupational and Organisational Psychology from the University of Surrey.  During this time she achieved a Certificate of Competence in Occupational Testing (Level A & B) and has since gone on to become qualified on a number of different psychometric tools. 

A Graduate member of the British Psychological Society, Association of Business Psychologists and Special Group of Coaching Psychologists, Tracy is on her way to achieving Chartered Status with the BPS.

Since joining a&dc Tracy has worked on a number of different projects with public and private sector clients across a range of Talent Management requirements.  Particular interests include strengths psychology and diversity issues in assessment.
