Graduate Dilemmas is a Situational Judgment Test used at the initial sifting stage of Graduate assessment. Candidates must rate several potential responses to common situations, through our online platform, where results are collated and scores automatically produced.

The 30 minute test has been designed to assess the top 5 Graduate competencies which our research showed are commonly sought by members of the Association of Graduate Recruiters (AGR) and other top UK Graduate recruiters. These competencies represent the profile of a successful Graduate employee across a wide variety of industries and commercial roles.
Graduate Dilemmas is available for use by those who either have the British Psychological Society’s Level A Certificate of Competence in Occupational Testing, or who have successfully completed A&DC’s ‘Introduction to Psychometrics’ training course.
