Rhian joined a&dc in September 2010 after spending five years working on behalf of the Police Service primarily in the design, delivery and quality assurance of national police promotion assessment centres, and more widely in the provision of assessment and selection related consultancy services to internal and external clients.  Public sector financial pressures more recently resulted in Rhian’s involvement in identifying, developing and implementing a range of internal transformational change initiatives. 

Rhian is a Chartered Psychologist and holds Certificates of Competence in Occupational Testing from Level A to Level B Intermediate Plus, which qualifies her to use a range of psychometric tests.  She obtained a Distinction in her Masters degree from the University of Nottingham.

Since joining a&dc Rhian has worked on a number of different projects with public and private sector clients across a range of Talent Management requirements.  Particular interests include organisational culture, both formal and informal, and the interactions with employee engagement.
