Development of New Situational Judgement Tests
Following the success of Graduate Dilemmas™, A&DC’s Situational Judgement Test (SJT) for Graduate Sifting, our Product Development Team is looking to develop four new SJTs for Customer Service, Call Centre, Managerial and Administrative roles.
We are keen to work with organisations to develop these exciting new tools and naturally we will offer incentives in return for your involvement.

Graduate Dilemmas™ Parallel Forms
We are also developing two parallel forms of Graduate Dilemmas™ due to its popularity and to reduce the exposure of the test content/potential for cheating. To aid us in the development, we need access to 'Subject Matter Experts' ie Line Managers of entry level Graduates (in their first 3 years of employment).
