Managing Consultant

Helen is a Managing Consultant at a&dc with over 17 years experience in providing talent management solutions at all stages of the employee life cycle. She graduated from University of Hertfordshire with a Masters degree in Occupational Psychology and has recently completed Diplomas in Employment Law and Life Coaching.  Before joining a&dc in 2003, Helen worked as a psychologist in central government before working with ASE, Capita RAS and The Management Centre. She is a Chartered Psychologist. 
 
Public and private sector clients that Helen has worked for include: Syngenta, Capgemini, UK Fire & Rescue Service, DWP, BAA, Boots plc, CMS Cameron McKenna, British Red Cross and the Learning and Skills Council.  She has also project managed the design and implementation of large scale development solutions for an major investment bank, and has designed and delivered coaching support for the Department of Work and Pensions and Dolland & Aitcheson.  Helen is an experienced coach and has worked with middle managers at DWP and she is an Observer/Coach for PMI’s Senior Manager Development Centres.
