Having begun the project with an in-depth analysis of the initial cultural and motivational climate, measuring the effectiveness of the interventions at individual, team and organisational levels can be based in part on an updated review of the initial analysis.
Alongside this, an assessment of delegate reactions and knowledge acquired can provide initial feedback on the success of the interventions.
