Identifying motivation needs
To comprehensively benchmark current levels of motivation and engagement within your organisation, we can undertake a cultural and motivational climate analysis at the organisation or business area level. The results from this analysis can be used to identify common themes/issues impacting on motivation. This enables us to identify where an intervention may be required and focuses attention on where positive investment will really motivate staff.

Once particular issues or areas of the organisation have been identified, we use a range of powerful diagnostic techniques at a team and individual level, to understand people’s strengths, values and emotional effectiveness. This information will feed into workshops and coaching interventions.
