Become an Associate
To comply with our Service Level Agreements with our ever expanding client base, we maintain a database of registered Associates.
We are committed to building long-term relationships with our Associate colleagues, who as part of the A&DC team, allow us to flex our resource at times of peak demand by drawing from a pool of people with proven ability.
Working on diverse client assignments across a range of industry sectors all of our Associates are selected in accordance with strict quality assurance procedures.
The registration process involves:
- Completion of an online questionnaire and skills matrix which we use when matching Associates to assignments
- Possible attendance of an interview and in some cases completion of Assessment Exercises depending on the requirement
- Submission of an up to date CV
