Having canvassed the opinion of our Consulting team, the unanimous need was for investment in the development of knowledge, skills and experience to optimise eligibility for promotion and help to achieve Chartered status.

Fast-track to success
The a&dc Fast-track Programme has been implemented to ensure that within a few years of joining a&dc our Consultants will be suitably equipped and experienced for promotion and perceived by peers and clients as competent and confident Senior Consultants.
The core element of the programme is a Career Progression Matrix; which breaks down Consultants’ career development into 6 month phases, outlining what knowledge skills and experience they could expect to obtain within this time-frame. This is further broken down into the key areas of:
- Client Relationship Management
- Delivery
- Project Management
- Internal Projects & Personal Development.
A Fast Track guidelines document supports Consultants in determining where they are in their development and what they have left to achieve before becoming eligible for promotion.
