  • Executive Assessment Centre - our Leadership Executive Assessment Centre is designed to measure the degree of alignment between a candidate’s personal profile and your executive success profile, using our range of precision tools to focus on the three domains of ‘best fit’.  Our highly experienced business psychologists conduct an in-depth Fitness Interview to explore gaps in evidence of best fit to pinpoint a candidate’s signature strengths and vulnerability to failure
  • Candidate Profile Report - the candidate report is designed to provide decision makers with quick and easy access to critical data.  Containing narrative and graphical data that illustrates the candidate’s match capability, strategic and cultural best fit
