  • Conduct a One to One Interview: Use a ‘deep dive’ approach to confirm the assessment findings and explore the individual’s motives, strengths and preferences
  • Report Generation and Feedback: Generate an assessment summary, containing narrative and graphical data that illustrates the individual’s capability, strategic, and cultural fit with your specific requirements and provides a basis for optional feedback
