Product Development Director

Shane joined A&DC as a Management Consultant shortly after it was formed in 1988. During his time with A&DC he has been Head of Learning and Development, Operations Director and is now the Director of Product Development.

He has worked on many assignments in both assessment and development in the private sector for clients such as BP, Bass Brewers, Balfour Beatty, Birds Eye Walls, BOC, Danone and Unilever and his public sector clients include DTI, DVLA, DWP, HMRC and LSC.

He has also been involved in the development of some of ADC’s major products and processes including the Behavioural Change Process, the SAFER learning approach, the Development Options Guide and the CareerMaster self development programme.
 
Prior to joining A&DC, Shane worked in HR with Ford Motor Company, in Marketing with Esso and with the Manpower Services Commission.
