Product Development Manager

Philippa is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist and Product Development Specialist at a&dc.  Philippa holds a degree in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Durham, and an MSc in Occupational Psychology from the University of Sheffield.   Prior to joining a&dc in 2007, Philippa was a Senior Consultant at QinetiQ Ltd.  

Philippa has over five years’ experience working as an Occupational Psychologist, during which time she has undertaken a wide range of projects for both public and private sector clients.  These projects have included: the design of assessment tools (both psychometrics and simulation exercises), the design and delivery of training programmes, and large scale policy research.  Philippa has also presented at international conferences on the areas of selection and motivation. 

During her time at a&dc Philippa has been involved in the design of training courses, Situational Judgement Tests, and other exercises.  Currently, Philippa’s particular areas of interest are employee motivation and engagement.
