Our individual executive assessment process can be used for selection, succession planning and personal development.
Quick and easy to implement, we use a combination of psychometrics, business simulations and a competency based interview to measure an individual’s current capability and future potential against your success profile:
- Create the Success Profile – with you, we determine what must the individual be able to do now and in the future; what cultural values must they have to work effectively in your organisation; and what direction should they take the organisation in?
- Assess Performance and Potential – we use a range of psychometric tools and simulation exercises to assess individual performance and potential
- Conduct a One-to-One Interview – we use a ‘deep dive’ approach to confirm the assessment findings and explore the individual’s motives, strengths and preferences
- Report Generation and Feedback – we then generate an assessment summary, containing narrative and graphical data that illustrates the individual’s capability, strategic fit and cultural fit with your specific requirements and provides a basis for optional feedback
